His Version of the story...

Tomorrow Mark Ronson's album, Version, drops in the UK. I can not tell you how excited I am about this.

He is a trust-fund-baby and brother of Samantha (the DJ) and Charlotte (the fashion designer) Ronson as well as the awesome DJ that helped to produce the Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen albums. This collection of mashed-up songs brings a funky-fresh, fun flavah (say that five times fast) and I think Mr. Ronson has brought his A-game.

This is the video for "Stop Me".

Version's Track Listing:
God Put A Smile Upon Your Face feat. The Daptone Horns
Oh My God feat. Lily Allen
Stop Me feat. Daniel Merriweather
Toxic (Version Revisited) feat. Tiggers
Valerie (Version Revisted) feat. Amy Winehouse
Apply Some Pressure feat. Paul Smith
Inversion
Pretty Green feat. Santo Gold
Just feat. Phantom Planet
Amy feat. Kenna
The Only One I Know feat. Robbie Williams
Diversion
L.S.F. (Version Revisited) feat. Kasabian

excellent posting. ronson definitely deserves some highly acclaimed kudos- he could be compared to farrell for his fantastic takes on some pretty splendid music going on right now.
